14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received your orders. If the return period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. All goods that are returned for a refund must be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only goods that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE
You must tell IMPOPSIBLE that you want to cancel your purchase by
emil adding a written statement with the goods or by email and send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us.
GETTING YOUR REFUND
IMPOPSIBLE will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we can delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs, VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty costs. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. IMPOPSIBLE is not responsible for any return shipping costs nor for VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty costs on goods reimbursement for orders outside the European Union ( EU ).
